5th & 6th GRADE FIELD TRIP
FIELD TRIP

This includes ticket, ski rental equipment, helmet, and ski lessons. (This package does not include poles.) One complimentary Chaperone lift and ski rental for every 10 students you bring.

PRESENTATIONS AND HANDOUTS:
Information contains helpful hints for new skiers, parents and chaperones about clothing, equipment, lifts, lessons, etc. Handouts furnished upon request. Call early to schedule a date or if you have further questions. 715.755.2955, Ext. 223
HOW TO BOOK YOUR GROUP
RESERVING YOUR DATE
Please call at least 2 weeks in advance with the approximate number of lift tickets, ski or snowboard rentals and lessons to ensure availability of the chosen date. Twenty (20) or more paid skiers / snowboarders needed for group discounts. Please confirm no later than 48 hours before arrival with the anticipated number of skiers, snowboarders, rentals and lessons.

CHAPERONES:
One complimentary chaperone lift ticket and rental package for every 20 paid persons.
TICKETING IN ADVANCE:
Trollhaugen prefers to mail tickets and rental forms in advance for large groups. This eliminates confusion and waiting at the Ticket Office. Tickets and rental forms will be sent on a purchase order and paid for the day of your outing.
LESSONS:
Availability of lessons will depend on the date and the number of people that need lessons. By reservation only. Receive FREE beginner group lessons with a minimum of 3 people, ages 8+ (other levels offered at cost). Please call for more information regarding lessons at 715-755-2955 x223.
UPON ARRIVAL:
(Only if you did not get tickets / rental forms in advance)
Send ONE chaperone to the Ticket Office to sign for and pick up all the tickets / rental forms. We recommend keeping the group on the bus until you have distributed the tickets. Return any unused tickets / rental forms for credit and pay for those used.
PAYMENT:
One payment required for all lift tickets. Any charges must be approved in advance. Chaperones are encouraged to collect for rental packages to expedite the process. No credit cards.
