The ticket office is located in the UPPER level of the chalet. When you are facing the hills, the ticket office is the left (or east) building, adjoined to the Trollhaugen Ski Shop.

Purchase a rental card from the ticket office, then the rental shop is in the lower level, down the stairs from the ticket office

...To Get My Kids in a Lesson

Once again to the ticket office in the UPPER level, once you have everything in order (tickets, rentals if needed, etc), the Learning Center is located on the lower level, to the West (or right, if you are facing the hills) of the Main Chalet.

The Snack Bar is located in the lower level and serves a wide array of fast food options. The Lounge (21+) and Kaffe Stuga are located upstairs and serve casual meals.

...To Get Some Air

There are 2 terrain parks at Trollhaugen. Valhalla is the main terrain park located on the western side of the area, while the Summit Terrain Park is located to the far east of the area. Both are serviced by rope tow. Valhalla can also be reached by a chair lift.
